Our charming Penthouse is situated in the outskirts of Sliema, St.Julian's and Valletta, walking distance to Msida Yacht Marina in Msida which also provides with free WiFi, 1.6 miles from Balluta Bay. Amenities, supermarkets, shops/shopping malls, and a vast choice of different cuisines are located within the properties surroundings. The property sleeps 4 guests comfortably & it is possible to stay in touch with your loved ones via high-speed Wifi. All bed linen and towels are also provided. We can rent out a baby cot for you from the baby shop. The shop charges 5euro per night including delivery and assembly of cot, mattress, sheets/blankets, and pillow. Price also includes disassembly and return of the baby cot upon your checkout date. Let me know if you want me to get this booked for you. Rental fee of the baby cot is to be collected in cash upon your check-in.

Msida (Maltese: L-Imsida) (Italian: Misida) is a harbour town in the Central Region of Malta with a population of 8,545 (March 2014). The town is located just west of Valletta on the northeast coast of Malta. The town enjoys a Mediterranean climate with hot, dry, sunny summers and short, cool winters. The neighbouring towns of Msida are Valletta, Sliema, Ta' Xbiex, Gżira, San Ġwann, Birkirkara, Santa Venera, Ħamrun and Pietà. The patron saint of Msida is Saint Joseph while the protector is The Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary. For a week and a half in July, the town celebrates the feast of St. Joseph. The feast of Msida is also famous for its traditional game il-Ġostra. Places of interest are the Yacht Marina, Seaside with traditional fishing boats, the University of Malta and the different gardens: the Playingfield at 5 ta’ Ottubru Square, the Garden in front of Parish Church, the playing field at Ballijju Guttenberg street Swatar, and the only skate park in Malta.
