What an amazing penthouse! 360 Estates welcomes our esteemed guests to this wonderful home just a few minutes away from St Julian's bay. It can easily sleep 5 in great comfort. Both double bedrooms have ensuite facilities and a JACUZZI in one of the bathrooms. The living area is centred around a fully equipped kitchen + island and a large leather sofa. A private massive TERRACE with BBQ use and outdoor furniture. Ideal for long and short-term rentals. The space WIFI, Air-conditioning Kitchen| Fully equipped - Built-in fridge, oven, - Microwave - DW Living area| - Massive sofa - Smart TV connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube etc) - BOSE Airplay music system. - Indoor dining table Outdoor Area| - 2 separate private outdoor areas - Front terrace: Private - Outdoor dining area: seats six people & gas BBQ, - Distant sea views & overlooks the neighbouring town Sliema.
