Property information

Luxury Bay View apartment - very spacious (ca 180sqm), modern and well finished sea front apartment located in St Paul's Bay. This great apartment consists of an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area leading to a balcony with amazing direct sea views, 3 bedrooms (2xdouble and 1xtwin), 3 bathrooms (2 x en-suite plus a main bathroom) and a study. Perfect location for exploring Malta with some of Malta's greatest beaches only a short drive away. Great transport links to the centre of the island. We also have a parking space available for a small-medium car What we provide upon arrival in our welcome/starter pack: * bed linen (flat/top sheet during summer and duvets in winter) * 1 x bath towel and 1 x hand towel per person (we do not provide beach towels, so please bring your own :) ) * hand soap (we do not provide shower gel or shampoo, so please bring your own :) ) * dishwasher tablets * washing up liquid * washing powder (or detergent / laundry pods) and softener * sugar, tea and coffee * bottled water * toilet paper * kitchen towels Early check-in / Late check-out: * both are available for a 50% of a daily rate, but are subject to availbility (i.e. no guests checking-in or checking-out on a requested day) - please ask for further details CHECK-IN is available from 3:00PM (15:00) - If we cannot meet you personally we will provide instructions for a self check-in. Unfortunately we cannot provide any secure luggage storage before the check-in (there are 2-3 luggage storage places in Valletta and one at the airport) CHECK-OUT is available till 10AM - Unfortunately we cannot provide any secure luggage storage after the check-out. NO SMOKING Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside of the apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony (ashtray is provided), Please do not throw any cigarette butts on the street QUIET HOURS We ask you to be respectful of our neighbours and keep any excessive noises to a minimum between 11pm (23:00) and 8am
