We offer, in Saint-Pierre, this charming apartment with sea view and waterfront location, of a surface of 56 m ² and being able to accomodate until 2 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 16 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a shower room with Italian shower. The accommodation is composed as follows: Day space : - A living room of 16 m² with TV and lounge area with double sofa bed - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates... Night space : - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) with an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet Exterior: - A terrace of about 8 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included - Free Wifi available - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.

You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
