It has beautiful perks locationwise. While located at the edge of the city, from Ciocana District, it is close to Vara Vara Aqua Park, Chisinau Arena Event Hall and Aqua Center Chisinau Arena. It also keeps you away from the car noises of the center, while at the same time, being 10 minutes away by car from it.
