la belle pièce est calme paisible et située au rez-de-chaussée de la résidence. la terrasse est située au toit de la residence et offre à la fois une belle vue sur l'ocean, les montagnes et la ville de sidi Ifni jour et nuit. la residence est composée d'un rez-de-chaussée et d'un étage supérieur. un petit salon marocain est situé à l'entrée de la résidence pour les clients qui ne veulent pas la terrasse. escalier d'accès à la plage MiRGO est proche 7min à pied. le petit déjeuner est payé sur demande

The Almouhit district has a viaduct by the sea, as well as a natural rock arch at the bottom. This quiet area is located 5 kilometers from Lagzira International Beach, 1.5 kilometers from Mirgo Beach and 12 kilometers from Khanfouf Resort. it is located 3 kilometers from the city center where there are historical monuments dating back to Spanish colonialization in the region. there is the most important surf station for beginners and professionals 2 kilometers away. from the terrace you can see the quality of the waves before going out to surf.
