Superbe appartement neuf situé en plein centre de Mohammedia, collé à l'hôtel Miramar et face au parc. Il est à 5 minutes à pied de la plage Miramar et à deux pas du supermarché carrefour. Idéalement situé, tous les loisirs sont à proximité: Plage, Cafés, Restaurants, Commerces, Spa... Ce grand 3 pièces climatisé de 65m2 donne sur une cour, au calme et confortable, il possède deux chambre avec un placard et un grand miroir, un bel espace salon et un coin repas. Cet appartement possède une kitchenette équipée une salle de bain avec une douche italienne. L'appartement est doté d'accès wifi ( fibre optique) et d'une télévision à écran plat avec toutes les chaînes. Un parking est accessible gratuitement.
