Maybe planning on traveling with kids or an exciting solo trip, this flat offers a unique experience. Whether you want to relax on the private balcony, enjoy the modern amenities, or explore the nearby city, this riverside flat has something special for every traveler.

If you prefer to have a more quiet lifestyle but you like to stay close to the city and prefer that your property is located in waterfront - Ķīpsala is definitely the best place to explore. You will greatly appreciate the personal and exclusive touch of this neighborhood.
