Property info

Lapiland - unique eco friendlyoff-grid project surrounded by beautiful nature, deep forests and lakes. Here we invite you to reconnect with yourself and with nature. Project is located in one of the most beautiful region of Lithuania - Dzūkija. Here you won't find electricity or normal water supply - we invite you to totally relax and enjoy total peace and silence , which is so rare nowadays. Here you will find various off-grid solutions - many solar or battery sourced lanterns, gas-stove, all the necessary amenities for cooking both inside and outside. Yurt if designed for more comfortable stay - it is insulated with wool, here you will find the wood stove, large double bed. Extra 2 people can sleep on the sofa bed or on the mattresses that are provided. Outside you have a large terrace with the grill to enjoy amazing forest view and just relax! Tipi is designed for adventure seekers - it is also insulated with wool, but the temperature is not as stable as it is still a tent. Although, we have many nature lovers who are seeking for something out of comfort zone. Still, here you will find all the amenities for cooking, wood stove inside, double mattresses, many cozy coushins and even the dining table. With all the lanterns lighted, it is super cozy inside and you can totally relax! For more depth experience we offer Cacao ceremonies, Massage bath tub and massages - so you can relax throughout all levels. Additional services are charged extra and need to be organised in advance. The distance from the yurt and tipi is far (around 500m) and in between is the forest - so you will feel totally private and at peace - 100% guaranteed. Both yurt and tipi have compostable WC outside. During summer, there are 2 ponds to swim (which still stay cool during hot summers due to many springs) and big lake (we are still working on the beach) The area is around 13ha private land filled with forests, meadows, 100's year old oak trees - all for you to enjoy!
