It's centrally located! * Items in the room! Warm and cozy bedding, Fresh towels, powerful hairdryer, Netflix, IPTV with no one to see you these days! Ceiling shilling fans and air conditioning in the summer! Warm hot stone heating in winter! * Shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper are available in the private bathroom! Hot water comes as much as my passion! * It's important to have a good meal with good people in your destination! ^ ^ Feel free to enjoy the basement cafeteria space! * Best Charming Point! Opened in 2022! (It means all the fixtures are new!) * Check out other YOLO listings that fit your schedule and requirements! ^ ^ The space B1 - Cafeteria, laundry room, public toilet 1F - Counter, common rest area, game zone, public toilet 2F to 4F - Room RF - Rooftop Guest access * Rooftop - Namsan Tower and Namsan Mountain look pretty! * Cafeteria - Water purifier, microwave, common fridge, various cutlery are available! There is a smart TV, so you can mirror your laptop, smartphone, etc. You can use it! * Laundry room - There is a commercial coin operated washer and dryer available 24 hours a day! * 1st Floor - We have a PS5 console for those who will love to play games! - There is also a vending machine with simple food and disposables!
