1. Room 1 has two queen beds and air conditioning, and can accommodate four people. 2. Room 2 has one queen bed and one super single bed, and can accommodate three people. ※ In principle, only one room is used for less than 3 people, so please observe it. 3. The living room is equipped with a table for seven people, TV, and air conditioning. Convenience facilities include a cold and hot water purifier, a coffee machine, a microwave oven, a steam iron, a dryer, a hair straightener, a hair comb, and a first-aid medicine box. Also, you can watch premium Netflix for free at any time. In addition, there is a brochure for accommodation information. 4. Bathrooms are equipped with showers, sinks, and toilets. Convenience facilities include cleansing foam, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower towel, body lotion, toothpaste toothbrush set, soap, cotton swab, and cotton swab. The washing machine and dryer in the bathroom are for accommodation management, so please refrain from using them, and if necessary, consult with the host before using them. In addition, use the shower curtain when taking a shower. 5. Safety facilities are equipped with fire alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and stubbornness.

It is located in Samsan-dong, where the most central business district of Ulsan is located. Various convenience facilities such as department stores, movie theaters, Up Square, and bus terminals are located within a 5-minute walk. There are many floating populations from young to middle-aged to fit the central commercial district, and there are also various types of restaurants. The location of the accommodation is located in the central commercial area, but it is located adjacent to the Ulsan Shilla Stay, and it is quiet and free from noise, providing cozy and comfort like my house.
