Location is just across the road from a small train station which takes you to Tokyo station to name one. Quiet room from outside noise. Room was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. Great amenities, felt truly spoilt. Nice view of a court yard from our room. Coin laundry with many machines, vending machines, ice machines and library. Friendly and welcoming staff. Luggage storage service is very helpful. Great sized room for Toyko, plenty of space for bags etc.

Very good hotel. Kind staff. Nice breakfast. Next to the train station, a few train stops from Tokyo station. Convinience store inside the hotel. Supermarket across the road. Very close to Disney parks, a few train stops away. The facilities are modern and clean. I would definitely come back.

The staff are excellent, especially Gurung at the reception desk - she resolved two issues/matters we had very quickly and elegantly with good English. The location means that it's a great choice for transfer to the airport without having to go via Tokyo Station, which is huge and very busy, but it's only 8 minutes from there when you are going into town for shopping etc. There is a currency exchange machine in the lobby which meant we could easily change a last bit of cash on our last day without the hassle of finding a currency exchange in the city or incurring charges at an ATM.

+ Conveniently located right across JR Shiomi Station - around 10 minutes from Tokyo Station using the JR Keiyo Line. Even though it's right across from the train station, we couldn't hear the trains passing by from our rooms. JR Shiomi Station also has elevators and escalators available instead of just stairs, and is just several stops away from the Tokyo Disney Resort Area. + A Lawson right downstairs, a FamilyMart a short walking distance away, and a supermarket just on the other side of the train station. + A lot of coin operated washing machines (detergent already included) and dryers available. + A small library full of manga you can borrow to read in your free time, or while you're waiting for your laundry to dry. + Vending machine and ice. + The 'Amenity Port' covers a varied and wide selection (think hair straightener, nail clipper, making your own bath salts, potpourri etc.) + Quiet neighborhood. + New, clean, comfortable.

I think the greatest advantage of this hotel is its location--right in front of Shiomi JR Station. You can easily take the train Eastward to Disneyland and Disneysea, or westward to Tokyo City. The room is decorated to serve family travelers. Breakfast is good and toilet is clean. Much more than I expected for the expenses on the stay.

After an initial misunderstanding about the booking the receptionist (Gurung) apologised and upgraded us as compensation for the confusion - so the service from her and her male colleague was excellent. The hotel and rooms are excellent and very good value (even without an upgrade). Given it is literally across the street from Shiomi station means you can get to Tokyo station in less than ten minutes - which means it’s a brilliant location for the airport monorail and Shinkansen connections.
