Due to the "Furusato Tanaka Mikoshi Festival" event being held at the Kashiwa-no-ha Campus Station West Exit Rotary, heavy congestion is expected around the station and in front of the hotel.

On the day of the event, access to the Kashiwa-no-ha Campus Station West Exit Rotary will be restricted, and bus and taxi stands may be relocated. Additionally, guests planning to use their cars should be aware that the Gate Square multi-story parking facility, which is recommended by the hotel, may also experience heavy congestion (possibly reaching full capacity).

Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
