Conveniently close to shops and train station. Our room was cleaned often or when we desired. The staff were so gracious to share their umbrellas with us when it was raining so we could enjoy our journey around Tokyo. Overall we had quite a comfortable stay.

The room we stayed in was cosy, well designed, and very functional. It is Tokyo, so it is not very big, but the design has made the most of the space available and there is lots of space to put your things! You do have to be more mindful with where you place your bags and maybe take turns when packing a suitcase, but this is not difficult to do. Nice shower and toilet with bidet:) On one of the evenings there was free sake to try in the reception area:0 which was a nice surprise. We didn't have breakfast, but the area is super close to the Asakusabashi station and the various food places and conbinis near there, so was very convenient to get around Tokyo.

The location is really convenient and close to for example Tokyo station, and the area is very calm and quiet, which is nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern, and the bathroom was excellent. The room is quite small so be aware if you have big luggage.

The rooms were beautifully clean and felt spacious and welcoming. The staff were all friendly and helpful and spoke English when our Japanese fell short! Breakfast was lovely with something for everyone, and, as we were missing our dog who we left at home, we loved seeing all the cute little dogs coming and going :) The en-suite was nice at the bath had a jet stream which was very relaxing! Easy walk to the trains and the 7-11, which had everything we needed.

It’s located in a quiet part of the city on a quiet street. But the train is close and makes everything easily accessible. We had 2 beds that were very comfortable and you could even open the window to get some fresh air. Compared to some other hotels in Japan we had more space for our suitcases etc.

Hotel was well kept. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast every day. We loved being in a neighbourhood that was less touristy and felt like the real Japan but still in easy reach of all the hot spots. Lots of great little restaurants and bars nearby.

Everything was clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. The view from the 14th floor was spectacular. The room is small, but everything is practically made and therefore offers more storage space than the pictures would suggest.

Room was smaller than expected but bed very very comfortable, pillows great, altogether comfortable.Next time We will book a slightly bigger room. The breakfast was superb, great choice of food, hot and cold. Location very good, near to underground station, just two minutes walk.

Great location, good value breakfast and nice staff. The rooms are quite small, but they are manageable and very, very clean. The hotel has all amenities you could need for a short stay.
