Yabakei Wild Boar Peony Hot Pot Set: This hot pot is made with nutritious wild boar meat from Yabakei. The meat, which has very little odor and is full of flavorful fat, is the pride of the restaurant. The set includes 150g of Yabakei wild boar meat, seasonal vegetables, rice, a small dish (which varies depending on the season), and hot pot soup. 3. Duck Hot Pot Set Plan: This hot pot features rich and sweet duck meat, with a deep umami flavor. The udon or soba noodles are added to the pot at the end of the meal. The soup is full of savory flavors that can be enjoyed until the very end.
