The space Having renovated recently, our spacious property has kitchen, shower room(separated from washroom), washing machine, drying space, balcony(you can smoke in balcony) and more amenities.

Kouzi’s place is located in Shinjuku City, Tōkyō-to, Japan. Our property is located in one of the biggest downtown Shinjuku, with huge shopping department stores! (Exact address: Kagurazaka,Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, JAPAN) Kagurazaka is known as downtown since "Edo era", where gathered bunch of Geisha(traditional actresses) , restaurants and cafes. What interesting, which is that Kagurazaka has two-faces as historical/traditional/busy town and modern/cozy /relaxing town so you'll never get bored by this!
