・Please note that when staying for consecutive nights, room cleaning, bed making and bathroom cleaning services are not provided.

A towel and bathroom amenity set (including a Japanese yukata robe) is placed in each room upon the guest's arrival.

・For the time being, the front desk hours will be shortened to 9:00-18:00.

(Usually 8:00-22:00) *Check-in is possible after 18:00.

Emergency response staff are on standby outside of the above hours.

If you have any questions, such as check-in, please use the extension phone installed at the front counter.

・Please note, the credit card that was used to guarantee the reservation will be charged with applicable cancellation charges in the event of cancellation after the cancellation deadline.Please note that full payment is required upon check-in.

・Drinking water tank cleaning work will be carried out on: Monday, October 7, 2024, 9:00-12:00.

Water will be cut off between 10:00-11:30

An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.
