Extremely central location, everything next door, no need to rent a car just walk over to restaurant, supermarket, bank, pub, Bob Marley Museum. The apartment is gorgeous, spacious and very well equipped. It is on the ground floor so it is suitable for all age and wheel chair access as well.
Very easy going, easy to talk to and is very helpful
very safe neighbourhood, upscale part of kingston but very accessible to everything
