Villa Margherita located 3.5 km from the center of Rome, independent entrance with large garden, consisting of 2 floors, ground floor with 1 double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen with internal patio, bathroom; 2nd floor consisting of 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, 1 bathroom, balcony.
Villa Margherita is located in a quiet residential area a few steps from the main services such as (Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, Metro c, Bus terminal, Tramway) and a few steps from the Pigneto pedestrian area where you can spend an evening at teaches relaxation between various pubs etc.
