The structure is a small villa on three levels with a 200 sqm garden with lots of greenery and an area with outdoor showers for guests. The garden is for guests use and the terrace on the first floor is reserved for a suite. The outdoor spaces are furnished and also have benches and chairs. The free beach is just 40 m away. At 20 m there is an equipped beach with a bar and a restaurant with an exotic atmosphere where they give excellent aperitifs and dishes based on fresh ionian fish. There is the possibility of enjoying entertainment in an external structure at 100 m. The beaches are clean and the waters crystal clear for most of the year. The seabed degrades slowly and the absence of crowding and motor boats make it a suitable place for peaceful holidays for families with children from an early age and adolescents. Trekking, diving and experience excursions are organized focusing on landscapes, archaeological sites and local traditions.

The neighborhood is quiet and a tourist destination. To visit: the Bossio textile museum (3 km); the Amarelli liquorice museum (15 km); the historic centers of Cariati (ancient Norman city walls with 8 towers, Cathedral of San Michele Arcangelo, the church of the Observants), Calopezzati (Giannone Castle, mother church of the Madonna Assunta, late baroque altarpiece of the church of the Madonna Addolorata, convent dei Riformati), Pietrapaola (prehistoric caves, archaeological site of the Walls of Hannibal, the cave of the Prince), Crosia and Rossano (ancient Byzantine city, the UNESCO heritage "Codex Purpureus", the Pathirion and much more). Many food excellences with particular regard to olive oils, fish, cured meats, cheeses, wines, edible herbs, organic flours. Among the restaurants of traditional cuisine, vegans and pizzerias: the Lanterna (2 km), the Tavernetta (5 km). Fish restaurants: Lido Los Triontos (20 m) da Giacomino (6 km). Specialized for meat: Griglieria Blaconà (2 km). At 16 km there is AcquaPark Odissea 2000. At about 40 km there is the Archaeological Museum of Sibari. The Sila National Park (UNESCO Biosphere) and the Pollino Park can be reached in 1 hour by car.
