The house is 200 sqm divided into 2 levels highlighting its Victorian style. On the ground floor there’s an openspace floor plan with a large and fully furnished kitchen, dining room table, spacious living room with 2 sofas and 50” smart TV, bathroom and laundry room. On the same level there’s second floor access by an Italian marble stairway in the main entrance’s large foyer. Upstairs there’s a classic style Master bedroom, a second bedroom with a queen size bed, a third bedroom with a full size bed as well as a balcony with a distant sea view, a spacious bathroom with a shower. The large outdoor space offers a covered furnished al fresco dining and grilling area, an additional outdoor bathroom and shower, a pool area with sunbeds and a large garden full of Mediterranean plants, trees and a stone pond. This property is recommended for guests looking for a relaxing and peaceful vacation in a cozy environment.

Neighbourhood information

Located in Syracuse’s countryside, in the south-eastern side of Sicily, Villa Clara is in a beautiful community close to a small town full of multiple services such as: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies etc… The property is easy to reach just 55 kilometers from Catania’s airport and 10 kilometers from the highway exit. Offering a wide view of the countryside and Ionian sea, this corner is the gem of the Mediterranean’s perfumes and colors. Few Kilometers away from the Necropolis of Pantalica, an authentic Canyon with multiple ruins. Ideal position to reach multiple sandy beaches (20 min. drive to Arenella and Fontane Bianche) and interesting places part of the Val di Noto District, a main attraction also for locals, which is full of natural reserves, art, history and culture that belong to an older past. This District includes: the antique Baroque village of Palazzolo Acreide, an UNESCO heritage site, the city of Syracuse with its historical island of Ortigia, known for the Baroque architecture and history and the area of Noto with its stunning beaches and Baroque architecture as well. This side of the Island highlights the tastes of the genuine local cuisine.
