The villa is a 40 min drive from Florence and a 90 min drive from Pisa. It is 4.5km from the town of Greve in Chianti ,7km from the town of Panzano, 43km from San Gimignano, 45km from Sienna. Villa Belvedere is a 5 room renovated villa that is 175 m2 over 3 levels. It is suitable for 8 adults and up to 2 children. The villa is spacious and bright with new furnishings. There is a large living area with an open hearth type fireplace. There is a wrap around terrace which leads down to the swimming pool. In addition, there are 2 double bedrooms, each has a king sized bed. There is a fully functioning kitchen. On the lower level there is a king sized bed, and a single bed and the door leads to its own outside terrace. On the upper level there are two single beds, and a small terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the countryside views. Each level has its own bathroom. The three terraces each has views of the countryside. There is a traditional Italian Barbecue as well as a fire-pit barbecue. There are marvellous panoramic views of the countryside. The property is suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Bedlinen, towels are included. There is on-site local taxes per person per night.
