NEW 90 m2 Viletta house with a private garden and terraces of 50 m2 with distant views to the sea located in a residential complex of a small fishing village "La Caletta" which is surrounded by two wonderful virgin beaches and on the top of a hill with some dreamy sunsets. The house is 500 meters from the beach (15 minutes on foot), 250 meters from the services (10 minutes on foot) and 700 meters from the marina. The house consists of 1 master bedroom with a large bed of 150 cm, 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a supalco (loft loft) with original Japanese futon beds that can be joined into a bed of 160 cm and 80 cm 2. Mattresses Latex It has a large bathroom with shower and direct access to the rear terrace. Fully equipped with linens, towels, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, menage, electric stove for outdoor and TV Smart TV with Internet connection + WIFI. Air conditioning in option.

In front of the house there is a green area with a fitness trail. The beach and the city are a 10 minute walk away and the village of La Caleta has several supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, wine bar, pubs, bars, banks, post office, sailing school, surfing and kite surfing, rental of cars, ice cream shop, shops and in summer its main street becomes a pedestrian zone with gastronomic and craft stalls that change daily. The house is located less than 2 km is the town of La Posada and Santa Lucia that should not be missed. And 10 km from the wild beach of Cape Comino. At 50 minutes the wonder of Sardinia "the cliffs of the Gulf of Orosei" with Cala Luna, Mariolu, Goloritze and its charming village Cala Gonone and many others ... At 35 MIN the international airport of Olbia, at 1H30 the Alghero and at 2H the Cagliari La Costa Smeralda is only 1h30 by car. And less than 30 minutes other wonderful beaches to discover "Capo Coda Cavallo", the island of Tavolara, Molara, Cala Ginepro, Costa Coralina, Sant Teodoro beach etc. For lovers of nature and treeking, the Goroppu canyon is only 1 hour by car and the lake of Torpe is 15
