Outstanding House, whose first construction dates back to 1400. An unmissable opportunity to live in a piece of Italian history. The location is central, easily reachable and protected all the same. It’s situated in the Old Town Centre of Gravedona, situated on the Como Lakeside, in the heart of the historic old town, just facing the boat stop. From here it's easy to move and reach other beautiful places surrounding the lake or even venture into the mountains. The house is big, with breathtaking views of the lake and said mountains. The ample spaces allow each guest their privacy when they need to spend some time indoors. A spectacular Palm Tree in the courtyard. If you are looking for a comfortable, spacious and economically convenient apartment, the 1st floor apartment is the one for you, it only takes 15 steps of a staircase to get there. If you are looking instead for a luxurious, spacious and elegant apartment, you will need to go up 30 steps and reach the 2nd floor. This apartment is divided into two levels, with a scenic internal staircase. Decorated to the highest standards of design, with refined antique furniture, precious carpets, including an all-gold room.

Gravedona is considered to be one of the most important towns of the Lake for historic, religious and commercial reasons, situated in an inlet at the foot of the mountain. Surrounded by a wonderful landscape, this village has become a summer resort thanks to its mild climate, mitigated in the summer by a constant breeze. Our Casa Vacanza is just opposite the aliscafo and boating stop. in close neighborhood: minimarket, restaurants, bars, a bakery and a italian design clothes shop . We are sure you will appreciate the calm of the place, not too exposed to mass tourism. Especially in summertime, it offers beautiful lakeside promenades, inspiring contemplation while the gaze sweeps over the mirror of water and the sails that run along it. Water sports are highly rated in the area, especially in the nearby village of Domaso, were courses are held. But don’t worry, the lake side is made also for those who like sunbathing. The Old Town Centre is characterized by narrow alleyways, steep step ways, and old houses all attached to each other. There are many artistic locations to see in town: Santa Maria del Tiglio, Santa Maria delle Grazie, Palazzo Gallio, ...and much more...
