Tenuta Moriano, owned by the Panconesi family, is a farmhouse made up of 10 apartments renovated in typical Tuscan style, for guests who wish to spend a holiday in total relaxation, immersed in nature with fairytale landscapes and sunsets, enjoying Tuscan cuisine and wine. We're part of an ancient territory, Chianti, dedicated to the agricultural tradition and the culture of its wines. Immersed in the atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside and located a stone's throw from the heart of one of the oldest cities of art in the world. Our staff is at your disposal, we do our best to make your holiday unforgettable and relaxing. We answer guests' most frequently asked questions about heating and access to pets: - The apartments are equipped with heating, the cost of heating is not included in the price of the stay, it is calculated based on the consumption of gas for heating, the cost of 1 cubic meter is 4.5 euros. Guests have access to gas meters. - We welcome guests with pets, pet access requires a one-off supplement of 40 euros, this is because we have to carry out a longer and more thorough hair cleaning, to avoid allergies to guests who are intolerant to animal hair.
