Apartment of about 130 square meters. located in San Marco, in the central area in front of the Splendid Venice Hotel, completely restored in June 2019. The apartment is located in a building of the Napoleonic period and overlooks the Rio (canal) of the Bareteri and is easily reached directly by a private water taxi. The central location and the generous size make it ideal for couples and families. With 6 beds, it consists of 2 double bedrooms and 2 single rooms, 1 large bathroom, kitchen with fridge, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, dining table with 6 seats. Each room has a flat-screen TV and a free high-speed Wi-Fi connection is available to guests throughout the apartment.
I am a true Venetian and I live in Venice although I often have to travel throughout Italy. My job has been my passion since I was a boy: horses. I am a riding instructor and this allows me to spend a lot of time in contact with these beautiful animals. I love traveling especially to exotic destinations.
We are on the bridge of the "Bareteri" at 2 minutes from Piazza San Marco and from Rialto Bridge, the two nerve centers of the city.
