Bright and comfortable three-room apartment, just a few minutes by car from the city of Oristano and the main beaches and points of interest. The house is located on the first floor of a quiet residential complex, with an attached parking space inside the property. The house consists of an entrance hall with living room, kitchen complete with dishes and appliances such as oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single bunk beds. There is also 1 single sofa bed in the common area, for a total of 5 beds. The structure is completed by a full bathroom and an equipped terrace, suitable for relaxation and outdoor meals. Upon check-in you will be required to show a photo ID and credit card as guarantee.
