Set in 15 hectares of private olive groves in rural Southern Tuscany, Residence Villa Preselle offers 8 self-catering apartments and one studio, with stunning views over the Tuscan hills. The property, dominated by a monumental eighteenth-century villa, includes a shared garden, shaded by Mediterranean pine trees. Every apartment has a private entrance, a patio or balcony, and features a rural Tuscan décor. Daily cleaning service is available on request at an extra-cost. Villa Preselle is a 30 minutes' drive from the Maremma beaches (Principina Mare with its long sandy beach and pine woods, or the small fishing village of Talamone with its rocky cliffs).
