RULES FOR THE USE OF Faveto3emme HOUSE, POOL AND OUTDOOR SPACES - The pool is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. daily except for the time required for maintenance. - Guests have exclusive use of the terrace in front of the apartment, and in common with the owners and their guests are the pool, gazebo, and garden adjacent to the guest house; the space on the west side of the pool, as it is not protected by railings, is off limits to guests and reserved for the owners. - The pool is unguarded and its use is at the users' own risk. Everyone should exercise due care by avoiding any dangerous or even simply careless behavior. Children and young people under the age of 16 may attend the pool only if accompanied by an adult. - It is forbidden to play ball in the pool and in the garden, to dive, to throw stones or move them from their place, to use bulky inflatables and in general any other tools that make it difficult for other users to use the pool. - The umbrella must be opened carefully and secured with the metal bracket to the pole. It is necessary to close it when leaving the house, in the evening and also during the day in case of wind.

The swimming pool is open from 1st June to 30th September OTHER SERVICE : unlimited wifi, independent heating with large LPG gas boiler with a thermostat, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, clothesline and hairdryer.
