Between the Valdichiana and the Val d'Orcia, 1 km from the Etruscan centre of Montepulciano is Casa Quercia, a comfortable house shaded by centuries-old trees with a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside, carpeted with vineyards and olive groves. The house is divided into two flats, communicating from the inside and with independent entrances, which can be booked separately Quercia 4 and Quercia 6, or as an independent house for up to 10 beds. A damage deposit of EUR 1500 is required for under 21 years old groups for the Apartments (Quercia 4 Apt Close By to Montepulciano and Quercia 6 Apt Close By to Montepulciano). A damage deposit of EUR 2000 is required for under 21 years old groups for the Villa (Casa Quercia Close By to Montepulciano). In the period from 08/11 to 07/04 heating 20 Euro per day. the house area is fenced off, but the dog cannot be let loose because Oak 4 is also present.
