Nice apartment located in a residential complex, surrounded by greenery and equipped with multiple services: two swimming pools with a splendid view of Lake Lugano, a tennis court, private accesses to reach the lakefront in two minutes, free parking and in-room sauna. The apartment does not have a lake view, it has a splendid terrace surrounded by greenery as shown in the photo and is equipped with every comfort, to ensure a relaxing holiday and the discovery of the beautiful surroundings!
Ciao! I'm Daniela Priore and I manage vacation homes on Lake Lugano and Lake Como. It will be my pleasure to host you and do my utmost to ensure you have a special vacation full of memories!
The apartment is located in a central position, two minutes from a large supermarket and from the center of Ponte Tresa, as well as from the Italian-Swiss customs. The traditional market takes place every Saturday, where you can buy local delicacies. You will have the opportunity to visit something different every day: for example, walking in Lugano which is just a few kilometers away, exploring the Borromean Islands on Lake Maggiore or Morcote, trekking on the various mountains that surround us. I will be happy to give you further advice based on your interests! You can walk to reach the shops, the lakefront, as well as the Italian-Swiss customs. There is a train beyond customs that reaches Lugano in 20 minutes and from the railway station of nearby Porto Ceresio you can easily reach Milan in an hour. There is the possibility to explore the different villages on the lake also through the use of boats or by renting a boat.
