Since 2013 we have been selecting the structures directly from the owners who place their trust in us year after year. We make hospitality our credo, and we try to fully satisfy the expectations of our most demanding customers. We inform you that the Concierge service is active in all our apartments, in fact we want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and without any stress. For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres. Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, accompany you to the apartment and will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. This service is available via direct contact via chat, guaranteeing rapid and personalized assistance. Our goal is to make you feel pampered and well cared for throughout your stay at DesenzanoLoft. The check-in time for this apartment is from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, for arrivals from 7:00 pm to 11:30 pm there is a supplement of 50.00 euros This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 300. The deposit will be collected at check in and released in cash on the day of departure in the absence of material damage.

Oscar Luxury Suite is one of the flagship apartments of the Desenzanoloft agency's large fleet. Located on the first floor (also with lift) in a context of only 6 residential units in the main artery connecting Desenzano del Garda. Arriving at our destination we can take advantage of the convenient outdoor parking reserved for 2 cars, we enter the context where the large infinity pool surrounded by a wonderful and well-kept garden welcomes us. We are welcomed by 2 entrance doors... upon entering the apartment we are greeted by a very spacious and well-kept living room equipped with air conditioning, sofa and Smart TV, from the living room we access via an elegant sliding glass door the large American kitchen with peninsula equipped with all accessories for cooking or preparing tasty aperitifs. From the kitchen and the living room through three very bright French windows we access the enormous (48 m2) terrace with lake view, here there is a table with chairs, a comfortable sofa which we will call the "smoking area". At night obviously the terrace is illuminated thanks to the presence of elegant and discreet spotlights. Returning to the entrance doors, to the right and left of them respectively we can access the two very distinct and separate "night areas". Sleeping area 1: Consisting of a service bathroom with laundry, a master bathroom with large shower cubicle, a double bedroom with a 15m2 terrace overlooking the pool with TV, a bedroom with window and two single beds. Sleeping area 2: Consisting of a service bathroom, a very elegant master bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi hydromassage tub, a windowed bedroom with a single bed and desk, a double bedroom with a 15 m2 terrace overlooking the pool.

We underline: All bedrooms are equipped with independent air conditioning and wardrobe. The large living room and consequently the kitchen area are equipped with an air conditioning device. All terraces are equipped with lighting, the entire apartment is covered by an excellent Wi-Fi signal. in all rooms on the mattresses of double and single beds there is a high quality Topper. A Topper is a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more welcoming. Access to the swimming pool is shared with the other residential units, the structure provides its guests with 4 sunbeds (Sun-Bed).
