Located in a historic building decorated in Ligurian style from the early 1900s. It is 350 meters from the train station with which you can reach Cinque Terre. The seafront of La Spezia is 1 km away on foot. In downtown, with all the services available. The master bedroom is in a shared apartment, newly renovated, with new furniture. The sanification system allows to eliminate germs and potential virus. The external bathroom is located in front of the room and is for the exclusive use of guests. At your disposal we provide radio, fridge, fan, kettle with tea. You can take advantage of a free and secure parking lot for residents but outside, close to the property. In La Spezia must be pay local tax, 5 euro extra in cash.
