At Tullo, you're in one of the most iconic districts of Rome, Trastevere. Among the narrow, ancient streets and medieval houses, you'll find monuments, bars, pizzerias, and cafes where you can experience the real Roman dolce vita. At Tullo, you're just a few minutes away from important landmarks such as Janiculum Hill, Circus Maximus, Colosseum, and Roman Forum. Please note that Tullo and restaurant Sospiro share the same terrace and patio. Guests are therefore free to use the terrace and patio anytime, upon availability. Please note that your room will be cleaned only before and after you stay. You can request extra cleaning during your stay for an additional price. We're fully digital, so there's no reception or staff onsite. Instead, guests use our digital check-in and PIN codes to access the property and their rooms! Additionally, our guest experience team is available 24/7 for any questions or concerns via WA and email. Please note that every autumn we switch from A/C to heating, and vice versa every spring. Trastevere is an old neighbourhood, where Caesar would have built a villa on the Janiculum Hill from where you can admire all the city. It's said that he even hosted one of the most powerful women of the ancient world here, Cleopatra herself. Looking for green areas to relax on a sunny day in Rome? In Trastevere, you can explore the Botanical Garden or the majestic baroque garden of Villa Doria Pamphilj. Near Tullo you'll also find the tram and bus stop Trastevere, so you can easily reach the historic centre on the other side of the Tiber.
