Company info

The flats are the result of a split of a larger unit. The initial idea was to provide stable accommodation for students attending the Milan Polytechnic, whose campus is close to the apartment. Over time, the neighbourhood has been redeveloped and needs have changed, seeing an increase in demand for travellers wishing to visit the city and workers with work needs in the city of Milan, given the ease of travel by public transport from the home.

The property is located in the Bovisa district within walking distance of the station. First floor of 5. The studios all have private bathrooms and are furnished. The rooms are all air-conditioned and there is everything you need for your stay. Washing machine, hob, fridge, microwave, TV, table, wardrobes and beds. Linen, wifi connection and hairdryer are also included. The structure is equipped with self check-in so that you can enter at any time independently.
