Studio apartment in the oldest district of Pitigliano, a few steps from all points of interest. The strong point are the two splendid views of the valley of the Meleta River. The apartment is located on the Tuff Cliff and with its exposure to the south you can admire surprising sunsets. Guests have at their disposal the entire studio apartment of 33sqm that offers a small kitchen with kitchenette, bathroom, sleeping area and living room with ideal desk as a work station. Wi-fi is free and available. La Sorpresa is furnished on furniture and antiques and value and also houses works of art by local artists.
I am sociable, cheerful and enterprising. I chose to live in Pitigliano and to buy a house here for the love that binds me to this territory, which I always try to transmit to my guests. I am a lover of art and precious antiques. In my house you will find the care and attention to detail. I can't wait to host you and introduce you to this spectacular tuff-cut country. I live and work near the apartment and I am available 24 hours a day via messages and calls ONLY whatsapp. You also find me in person at Bar Le Logge (in front of the Cathedral of Pitigliano, 70 meters away). In my absence there is always a reference figure that replaces me. If you are a lover of nature and excursions, you have found who can give you useful advice on the territory. You are welcome!
La Sorpresa is located in the oldest district of Pitigliano, 50m from the Synagogue, 70m from the Duomo, 100m from the Etruscan Cave Streets (beautiful canyons carved into the tuff, 200m from palazzo Orsini and Etruscan Museum. Within walking distance are Via Zuccarelli and Via Roma, the two main streets with shops, artists, artisans, bars and restaurants.
