Flat located in a breath taking position thanks to its view on the mountains and in the nearby of the ski lifts (5 min on foot). Fully recommended for a skiing vacation or for everybody with the desire of hiking and exploring the surrounding mountains. The condo Alga is located in a strategic location, just steps from the pedestrian street of the center and the ski lifts of Cretaz. At the same time, it is located in a quiet location away from traffic. From the windows you can enjoy an excellent view either to the south, the direction in which it appreciates the chain of the Grandes Murailles, the golf course and the cross-country track in the winter, both to the north, where stands the majestic Matterhorn and ski slopes. From the window you can see the area of Cretaz, Plain Maison and Plateau Rosa. The building has a private courtyard, private garage on request, summer solarium area and a secure ski room on the ground floor.
My hometown is Torino, but I've been owner of two apartments in Cervinia for more than 30 years. I love the mountains and especially in winter I like enjoying the mountains during weekends or holidays. Since childhood I go skiing and in the summer time I dedicate myself to running on the mountain-bike or walking with the dog along the many trails in the area. I live with my wife, one son, one daughter, and a beautiful dog. I work for a big company in automotive industry. I look forward to welcoming Guests from around the World!

The most far location from home is the Church: just 4-5 minutes on foot. Ideal for those who want to stay in the heart of Cervinia, a few steps from the shops, the ski slopes, the golf club. Located on a street with restricted access to residents, the apartment is very quiet and has a great view on the mountains. Always less than two hundred meters from the apartment you can find: ski slopes with chairlift that connects to all systems of Cervinia, Zermatt and Valtournenche, skating rink, cross-country skiing, shops and sporting goods and for rent skis and equipment, food stores, boutiques, restaurants typical at various price levels, pizzerias, discos, bars, pubs / bars, bank, pharmacy, ATM, post office, church, ski schools, free outdoor parking, doctor's surgery.
