Designer apartment in the business center of the city Centro Direzionale di Napoli. Modern and bright apartment for 4-5 people, located on the fifth floor of the Palazzo Torre Giuseppina, in an elegant condominium equipped with 24-hour video surveillance, the house has a curtain, 3 elevators and a private car parking space (floor -1, parking space number 23,). The apartment has just been renovated and furnished in a modern style with every comfort. The area of our apartment is 74 sq.m. Exclusive living room with kitchenette with sofa bed, large bedroom, two large closets, bathroom, sound-absorbing, sliding windows in each room with access to a large balcony with panoramic views and relaxation area. Other amenities: air conditioning in every room, heating, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, kettle for water with tea, safe, iron and ironing board, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and oven. The bathroom has a shower, soap, hair dryer and Frette towels. The apartment is ideal for a couple, family or even a group of friends, for a wonderful holiday or for work.

In July 2017, I graduated from one of the oldest and most prestigious Universities in the city of Naples - Universita degli Studi di Napoli - L'Orientale and received a diploma in Linguistics and Culture (Mediazione Linguistica e Culturale). I have a higher European education and a Dottore (Dottoressa) degree.
Naples is a city of striking contrasts, as evidenced by one of its most important urban structures, the Centro Direzionale, known as "the little Neapolitan New York". This complex of modern skyscrapers, built near the Central Station of Naples, is the heart of the Neapolitan business and constitutes a whole citadel with underground crossings and interchanges. The complex stands out very strongly among the buildings of the historic center with Vesuvius in the background. This is the first group of skyscrapers built in Italy and Southern Europe in 1995. The apartment is located in the central area of the business center, 2-3 minutes walk from the Circumvesuviana station and the Line 1 metro station (the metro station is expected to open in early 2023). Taxi stop 4-5 minutes walk. Near our apartment you can find a large number of bars, restaurants, shops and public transport. The central railway station and Piazza Garibaldi are a 15-minute walk from the apartments (about 1 km). Naples International Airport - a distance of about 4 km.
