Our 4 apartments are located in the heart of the pedestrian zone of Sterzing (Vipiteno) and only a 5-minute walk away from the Rosskopf ski and hiking area (Monte Cavallo). WiFi and parking spaces (please reserve in advance) are available and free of charge. The holiday apartments are in the same building as our Laube35 Café. Our guests have the opportunity to start the day with a delicious cappuccino and end it with a cozy glass of red wine under the historical arbours. You prefer to have breakfast in your apartment? Order a breakfast basket! All apartments are individually furnished, have a private bathroom and offer satellite TV, a hairdryer, a kettle and a coffee machine (mocha or taps). In some apartments you can find a fully equipped kitchen. The bus and train station is a 10-minute walk away. The city bus stop is located directly behind the building and will take you to all the important places in Sterzing (including the Monte Cavallo ski and hiking area). Innsbruck is approx. 60 km and Bozen (Bolzano) approx. 70 km away. A young team is looking forward to you!

Nadine and Lisa (two sisters) have opened their Café Laube35 in the historical city center of Sterzing in May 2019. The bar has now become a popular meeting place for a hot coffee or a sparkling aperitif with friends. From autumn 2020 four individually furnished apartments will be rented above the Café. A central but quiet location is offered. The Rosskopf skiing and hiking area (Monte Cavallo) is not far (5 minutes) from the holiday apartments. Two other employees are working in the company.
