The keys to the apartment can be picked up on the day of check-in from 2 p.m. at a KeyNest pick-up point that will be notified to you 2 days before your arrival. The KeyNest pick-up point is located in the immediate proximity of the apartment at a maximum of a 10-minute walk. Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pick-up point. In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:00 pm. NB: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

If you're travelling by car, you can park, for a fee, on the street or at the Parkolosseum garage (4 minutes away on foot).
