Entire newly renovated 60 sqm flat located in the centre of Rovereto and equipped with large windowed bathroom with shower, large living and sleeping area with access to two spacious balconies located on the second floor. It can accommodate up to a maximum of two people (one king size bed or two single beds). However, it is still possible to park temporarily on the wide pavement in front of the house to load/unload luggage. The train station, on the other hand, is 750 metres away and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes along Corso Antonio Rosmini.
The flat is located in a strategic position as it is surrounded by all kind of services: pharmacy 100 metres away, CONAD supermarket 150 metres away, tourist information office 200 metres away, central post office 200 metres away, pizzeria, toastery, poke go, bakery, bar, ice-cream parlor and tobacconist just down the street. In a very short distance you can find bus and coach stops (via Paoli- via Manzoni) to reach nearby localities.
