Completely renovated apartment located in a quiet area consisting of n. 2 bedrooms, one with balcony, living room with kitchen and bathroom with large shower. Just 50 meters from the bus terminal and 10 minutes from the central La Spezia railway station. The free 504 trail starts a few steps from the property to start your trekking adventure. Free public parking . I WANT TO POINT OUT THAT THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED NEAR THE TRAIN TRACKS FOR THIS PURPOSE THE STRUCTURE IS EQUIPPED WITH DOUBLE GLAZING AND AIR CONDITIONING SO YOU CAN KEEP THE WINDOWS CLOSED AT NIGHT AND HAVE AN IDEAL TEMPERATURE FOR THOSE WHO HAVE A PARTICULARLY LIGHT SLEEP I ALSO ADDED SOME EARPLUGS.
I'm Alessia, I like playing sports and living in the open air as much as possible. I love meeting and hosting new people and I enjoy cooking. I will welcome you with many excellent suggestions to fully enjoy your holidays in the Cinque Terre and to discover the city and the Gulf of Poets.
Historic district of Pegazzano in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, near bus terminal n. 1 and about 10 minutes from the La Spezia Centrale railway station. In the neighborhood there are characteristic nearby shops (bakery, greengrocer, butcher), bars and restaurants, pharmacy and post office. Those who enjoy outdoor activities will find a bike path and pump track, an athletic field, a municipal swimming pool and tennis courts. A few meters from the apartment, path no. 504 to reach the Cinque Terre (free trail).
