This typical and romantic apartment is ideally located in the heart of the historic center of the former Jewish ghetto. A stone's throw from the Cathedral and close to the Synagogue is the small impasse Velletri perpendicular to the main street Zuccarelli. You can find all the amenities that make your stay pleasant: many small craft and food shops, restaurants offering Tuscan specialties and a small bakery just 50 m away. The apartment, dating from 1600, has been nicely renovated. There is old tuff stone and beautiful exposed beams. You enter by a stone staircase and you arrive in the bright main room. It is a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine under the bar table. A beautiful fireplace separates the two spaces but is not functional. On the same level is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a water point. The bathroom is not large but functional and modern. Upstairs, you have access to a beautiful romantic bedroom with sloping ceilings, equipped with a bathtub and enjoying a breathtaking view of the valley.
We are happy to welcome you to our small holiday home. We have done our best to renovate and decorate it with care so that your stay is as pleasant as possible. We spend unforgettable moments there each time with family, couple or friends and we hope that it will be the same for you! Wonderful stay to you!
In Pitigliano as soon as you arrive, you will be charmed by the beauty and authenticity of the place. The village is wonderfully well preserved. It is an open-air museum but you can visit many monuments there such as the Orsini Palace, the Cathedral of Santi Pietro e Paolo or the Synagogue of Little Jerusalem. The heart of the village offers many attractions with small craft shops but also typical Maremma restaurants. Near the village, you can walk following the Etruscan cave life or go horse riding. Only 23 km away, you can enjoy a moment of relaxation in the hot and natural baths of Saturnia in an exceptional setting. Admission is free, but parking is chargeable. Do not miss the typical villages of Sorano (9 km) and Sovana (8 km). The large volcanic lake of Bolsena is 36 km away and the sea around 50 km.
