Life’s too short to stay at home. There are sooo many reasons to go South Tyrol on holiday! We created another one for you and say: HOILA GUESTS! This is our company’s name and how we have welcomed our guests from all over the world in our over 30 holiday homes since 2019. We manage them and want you to spend your holiday there, because we are sure of the following: once you had a look at our charming, cosy, modern and comfortable apartments, you will want only one thing: go to South Tyrol and spend your holiday here! Because this is exactly what we would do!

Property information

La Casa Enough space for the whole family: mom, dad, granny, grandpa, aunty, the kids, and some friends! Up to seven people can stay in this holiday house with a garden in Kaltern. On two floors, there are three bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and corner bench, a kitchen with a dining area, two WCs and a bathroom. Furthermore, there is a southern balcony and – maybe the highlight – a fancy garden with jacuzzi, which can be used during the summer months! You can leave your bicycles in a lockable room. The house is in a calm area, but there are still a pizzeria, a bakery, a wine shop, and multiple wineries within 200m from the house – because we are in Kaltern, the town of wine! The town centre can be reached in 5-10 minutes and the bus, which takes you to Bozen, to the Mendel funicular, or to the lake, is not far away either. If you arrive by car, that’s no problem: there are two private parking spaces on the property and public ones free of charge right next to the house. INFO: Final cleaning fee of 79 euros is not included in the price. We ask you to pay this on site
