A splendid completely renovated apartment in the heart of the historic center of Vallerano, overlooking one of the main squares of the village. Characterized by an independent entrance, a large open space with a high vaulted ceiling with ancient decorations, a mezzanine bedroom, fine handcrafted finishes, refined and unusual furnishings. The house faces south, therefore it is illuminated throughout the day, thanks also to two large French windows that open onto a lovely balcony from which we can admire the wonderful square below. Large kitchen entirely available to the customer, with double induction hob, a large sink, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and 35lt oven. Bed with French double mattress 25 cm high in memory foam. LED lighting. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and first aid kit. For hot water, the house is equipped with a 60-litre water heater, to which both the bathroom and the kitchen are connected. Also available on the balcony is a small closet where you can find outdoor seating, tools for cleaning and the water heater.
The initiative starts from two boys from the province of Rome, who grew up together and are passionate about Italian and world history and culture, always looking for hidden beauties in our territory. With a view to a redevelopment of Italian villages, with our own hands and thanks to the passion for design and manual work, we have given new life to an ancient apartment which has now become a jewel to be discovered. We will be happy to welcome each of you into our home, offering you a unique and unforgettable experience. We are waiting for you!
Vallerano, a splendid village in the heart of Tuscia, very active culturally and artistically, promoter of various festivals and initiatives, among many, the best known and most spectacular is undoubtedly the Notte delle Candele, in which more than 100,000 candles are lit in the whole village creating a magical atmosphere, is held every year on the last Saturday of August. The village is surrounded by nature but with all the services a person may need: bar, pharmacy, supermarkets, grocery stores, housewares, post office and several banks. It also has bus connection services (Cotral) and is located near Orte, where there is a train station. Just 20 minutes from Viterbo, 20 minutes from the splendid Lake Vico, 25 minutes from the famous Terme dei Papi and 25 minutes from the Parco dei Mostri in Bomarzo. Vallerano is surrounded by innumerable and magical villages, each with different historical and cultural attractions, among the most relevant we find, Villa Farnese in Caprarola (15 min), Castello Ruspoli in Vignanello (5 min), Villa Lante (25 min) and Basilica of Sant'Elia (30 min). Vallerano is the ideal place for those seeking an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity.
