Property information

New and welcoming apartment with seafront terrace. Bright and recently restored. The accommodation, thanks to its privileged position, offers a magical sea view. Just 500 meters from the Guitgia beach and 400 meters from the center. Equipped with every comfort: TV, WiFi, A / C, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower. The furnished terrace allows you to enjoy the splendid panorama at any time of day. In the near vicinity there are restaurants, bars, excursions, etc... Airport and port transfers available upon request (extra fee 5 euro per person). The accommodation is 45 square meters and has a large bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with large shower. The large window allows you to enjoy a fantastic view even from the inside. The large terrace is a common area with the adjacent accommodation. The apartment has exclusive outdoor furniture for its guests. Parking available on the street.

The area offers nice bars where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, or an amazing happy hour with great appetizers while watching Lampedusa’s famous sunset in a stunning location.Lampedusa is famous throughout the world for its fascinating surrounding Mediterranean Sea. Far from the Sicilian coast, truly remote and gorgeous, with a contrast between its wild nature and beautiful beaches, inevitably revealing its turquoise colored sea and clear blue sky delivering the warm Mediterranean sun, it will be the reality of your dream vacation where time does not exist. It is the most southern island belonging to Italy, still with clear historical traces of Arabic colonies portrayed in the style of the island’s original construction. Take a ride on a scooter or a traditional Mehari car that has become a symbol of Lampedusa and visit the most beautiful beach on the island, the natural reserve “Rabbit Beach”, undoubtedly the most charming and gorgeous place. In 2013, rated the best beach in the world by TripAdvisor, whose travelers adored it for its crystal clear water and soft sand.
