Standard Apartment: Located on the ground floor, it consists of a living room with a dining area and kitchenette, a full bathroom, two bedrooms – one double with an en-suite bathroom and one triple with a bunk bed and a single bed. The residence has a front and rear outdoor patio for exclusive use, equipped with a sitting area and an outdoor shower. Outside, there is a 7.30 x 3.30-meter pool shared with three additional apartments, a professional gas barbecue, and seating areas for guests' relaxation. Apartment with Pool View: Situated on the first floor, it welcomes guests with a small terrace equipped with a table and chairs. The interior comprises a living/dining room with a sofa bed and kitchen, two bedrooms – one double and one twin with two single beds – and a full bathroom. Additionally, the double bedroom provides access to the rear balcony equipped with an additional outdoor shower. Outside, there is a 7.30 x 3.30-meter pool shared with three additional apartments, a professional gas barbecue, and seating areas for guests' relaxation. Chiara & Giulia Apartment is equipped with air conditioning in each bedroom and the living room, free Wi-Fi, and ample public parking nearby, which is free of charge.

The residence is located in Santa Maria di Leuca, 600 meters from the Cristoforo Colombo promenade and a short walk from various amenities such as supermarkets, tobacco shops, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, ice cream parlors, and game rooms, making the use of a car almost unnecessary. Santa Maria di Leuca is currently one of the most well-known and renowned seaside resorts in the southernmost part of Italy. It not only offers entertainment and fun but also boasts a rich history and culture, making it appealing to all age groups. Exploring the surroundings, places not to be missed include the Basilica-Sanctuary, the lighthouse, the monumental waterfall, as well as charming nineteenth-century villas, mostly designed by architects Ruggeri and Rossi in various styles. Last but not least, Leuca provides tourists with beautiful beaches with crystal-clear waters and fantastic caves to explore, offering unforgettable boat excursions.
