I like very much to interact with my guests. You will be given a personal welcome, a full orientation of the area and a friendly contact for all of your needs during your visit. We like to make you feel right at home, make this your home away from home while visiting the beautiful Cinque Terre.

Property info

This is a very nice top floor apartment recently refurbished, with new kitchen and Bathroom and all new firniture. There is also Air Conditionig in 2 of the bedrooms and Lounge. The apartment is located in the old part of the village in a quiet area and near to everything ( Shops, Bars, Restaurants...) and the nearest beach and Monterosso Harbour only 150 meters away. IMPORTANT: the apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator there are 67 steps from salie- not suitable for people with mobility problems. In the whole Village of Monterosso there are only 2 condominiums with an elevator. The apartment has 3 bedrooms. 2 large bedrooms, both with air conditioning. 1 with a king size bed and 1 with 2 single beds. The third bedroom has 1 single bed (Sofa bed) and is ideal for a teenager or child. The beds have new mattresses apart form the sofa single bed. There is a very bright and spacious lounge with a double sofa bed and on one side with a dedicated dining area and an open-plan kitchen area. From the living room there is access to a spacious terrace from where you can not see much of the Village and a glimpse of the sea. IMPORTANT: A travel cot for children (0 -2 years old) is available on request and there will be a one-time fee of 25 Euros payable on arrival HIGH CHAIR EUR 15.00 per stay (mandatory)
