La casa è composta da un ampio soggiorno con cucina che affaccia su un terrazzo vivibile e con un bello scorcio di mare; 3 camere da letto (2 matrimoniali e 1 singola); 2 bagni (uno con doccia). Si trova nel cuore di Framura, in località Setta. Il mare si raggiunge in 5 minuti in macchina o con una passeggiata di 15 minuti scarsi tra sentieri che attraversano i borghi. La fermata dell'autobus che collega la stazione ferroviaria e Setta si trova a pochi metri da casa ed anche la strada principale
Framura si trova tra le Cinque Terre e Portofino, ed è composta da un insieme di cinque piccoli borghi immersi nella natura con una storia secolare alle spalle. Setta, fulcro della vita framurese, mantiene ancora oggi il tipo architettonico medievale, testimoniato dalla presenza di diverse bifore e trifore (XIV sec.). Questa frazione conserva una torre di guardia genovese del XV sec.
