In Monopoli, in the Murattiana area, a few steps from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, the beautiful historic center and the sea, two brand new holiday home apartments with separate entrances. In the case of a family or a group, there is the possibility of turning the two unit a single apartment to enjoy the beautiful interior garden.Just renovated, and equipped with all the comforts, being part of the ground floor of an ancient building of 1826, at the time Via Milord, now via G. Polignani, two splendid housing solutions for your holidays. The "Suite MiLord" two-room apartment has a surface area of ​​60 square meters. It consists of a living room / kitchen, a bedroom, a complete bathroom and a beautiful private garden / citrus grove. The " Suite San Martino" Studio apartment WITHOUT Garden has an area of ​​38 square meters. In the same environment we have a double bed, a cooking area equipped with all the necessary appliances for the days of vacation, and a comfortable bathroom with toilet, shower. All apartments are equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, tea kettles, herbal teas, pans, pots, glasses and dishes in the cooking areas. Various towels and starter kits in the bathrooms.
All travelers, as guests of my family, and staying in a part of the family palace, is like welcoming them in my family environment. I will be able to advise them, places to visit, particularities and excellences of the territory, to make their stay in our beautiful Puglia go better. The property is located in the central area, 50 meters from Piazza V. Emanuele, the hub of the city of Monopoli. In the area there are hourly parking lots (marked with blue stripes), and free parking spaces (white stripes). In the area there are all kinds of shops and businesses. Practically right next to the entrances to the splendid old city, you can walk to the best clubs, restaurants, wine bars, the city nightlife in a swarm of activities open until late at night. Also always on foot you can reach the sea in 5 minutes, like the first beach called the Old Door set among the medieval city walls. With the city buses you can then reach all the beaches of the coast. You are in the center of the city. Therefore if you arrive with your car, once parked, you can move on foot, or by public transport. If you want to visit other nearby places, such as Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, Polignano a Mare, Ostuni, Matera and other beautiful places, there are several possibilities, besides public transport, to rent bicycles, scooters, cars, boats, etc. etc.
